Japan's Rapidus considers first 2nm fab in Hokkaido

Rapidus, a Japanese foundry that is developing 2nm advanced process chips, met with the governor of Hokkaido, Japan, and considered setting up a trial production and mass production plant for 2nm chips in Hokkaido.
