Aluminum capacitor makers Lelon Electronics and Teapo Electronic saw July revenues decrease slightly on month, with customers slowing down their orders, according to the companies.
But peer company Luminous Town Electric saw its July revenues grow 14% sequentially to an all-time high of NT$175 million (US$5.53 million), on the company's better product mix and higher ASPs.
Luminous Town said that it is currently rolling out 150-170 million capacitors a month but has no plans to ramp up its capacity at the moment. The company generated total revenues of NT$723 million in the first seven months of 2010.
