Unimicron cuts capex outlook for 2022-2023

IC substrate supplier Unimicron Technology has revised downward its capex for 2022 and 2023, while fellow companies Nan Ya PCB and Kinsus Interconnect Technology will maintain their capex outlook for the coming year.
