Chunghwa Telecom to set up joint venture in China, business office in Europe

Taiwan-based Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) has announced that it will invest US$4.8 million to establish a joint venture to provide energy-saving services in Zhenjiang with the city government in eastern China, and will set up a business office in Europe.
