China market: Rural subsidy program revenues drop for two months straight

Revenues of the China rural area subsidy program dropped in September for the second month in a row, going down 18.66% to 6.18 billion yuan (US$905.68 million) compared 7.6 billion yuan for August, according to statistics of the program.
