NAND flash set for slower growth in 2009, says DRAMeXchange

Bit growth rate in the production of NAND flash chips will be lowered to 93% in 2009, down from the 125% projected for 2008 due to a slow growth in major NAND flash memory applications, according to estimates by DRAMeXchange.
