Intel and Micron to add new Singapore fab to IM Flash

Intel and Micron Technology announced their intent to form a new joint venture (JV) in Singapore that will add a fourth NAND flash fabrication facility to their existing NAND flash memory joint-venture IM Flash Technologies.
