PCB maker GCE plans to take up Victory Circuit's plant in China

Taiwan-based PCB maker Gold Circuit Electronics (GCE) plans to invest 126 million yuan (US$18.46 million) in a financially-troubled PCB plant owned by fellow company Victory Circuit in Changshu, China, according to GCE.
