Fujitsu unveils new notebook with SlimEdge Design
Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific unveiled its LifeBook S6510, which features a SlimEdge Design that enables an additional 12.5% display area on a typical 13.3-inch notebook.Fujitsu has adopted a 14.1-inch display in a 13.3-inch housing for the LifeBook S6510 through its SlimEdge Design, allowing a screen with a 16:10 ratio that makes it possible for business users to open up two applications in a horizontal layout, noted the company. Thermaltake introduces V1R RAM cooler
Thermaltake Technologies recently introduced its V1R RAM cooler.The V1R RAM cooler features V-shaped copper fins combined with a copper heatpipe to achieve maximum heat transfer from the memory module, according to the company. The cooler also has a patented heatpipe thermal module and an aluminum extruded heat spreader that increases the heat dissipation surface area. Glacialtech launches AMD CPU coolers
Glacialtech recently announced the launch its latest Igloo 7610 PWM CPU cooler and Igloo 7610 Silent CPU cooler for AMD Socket 754, 939, 940, AM2 and F CPUs.The CPU coolers incorporate two aluminum pipes that dissipate heat from the CPU directly into the heatsink fins.The silent version has a low decibel (19dB), high volume (30.8 CFM) 80×80×25mm fan that runs at 1800-rpm. Lanner to introduce second generation gaming I/O control solution at G2E Las Vegas
Lanner Electronics has announced the addition of the IAC-GME01, a second generation I/O control module for electronic gaming machines. Wintec ties up with Eye-Fi on Wi-Fi SD card production
Wintec Industries, a US-based third-party ODM/OEM DRAM module supplier, announced that it will manufacture a Wi-Fi-supported SecureDigital (SD) card, for Eye-Fi.Eye-Fi unveiled its Wi-Fi SD card on October 30. The SD card that supports Wi-Fi connectivity has a 2GB memory density and is now available only in the US with a suggested retail price of US$99.99.According to the companies, the connectivity range is 90+ feet outdoors and 45+ feet indoors. The card works with 802.11g, 802.11b and backwards-compatible 802.11n wireless networks. This Wi-Fi SD card currently does not support connection to "hot spots," but instead is limited only to home networks or other open or network password based networks.The companies highlighted that photos can be uploaded wirelessly to PCs, and online photo galleries such as Flickr, Facebook and Picasa. Canon USA has expanded its line of LCD projectors with two new XGA-resolution models (LV-7585 and LV-7365).The LV-7585 is designed for the installation market, and is a large-venue model engineered for use in lecture halls, college auditoriums, houses of worship, museums, indoor shopping centers, corporate office lobbies and similar environments, while the LV-7365 is designed for teachers, businesspeople and other professionals needing the advantages of powerful yet affordable presentation features while still being lightweight.The LV-7585 features 6500 ANSI Lumens of brightness, a contrast ratio of 1600:1, an auto-winding filter system, and a standard 1.3x Genuine Canon Optical zoom lens (or a choice of four different optional high-quality interchangeable lenses). Albatron announces Nvidia GeForce 8800GT graphics card

Leadtek announces the latest graphics cards based on Nvidia G92
