Nvidia revealed its GeForce 8800M notebook GPUs (graphics processing units), which will soon be in products that will be available for order from notebook makers.
Supporting both DirectX 10 and DirectX 9, the GeForce 8800M GTX and GeForce 8800M GTS GPUs will fill the top enthusiast GPU product positions in the Nvidia GeForce 8M series product line, according to the company.
The Nvidia GeForce 8M series GPUs feature the Nvidia PureVideo HD engine for quality playback of HD DVD, Blu-ray, and HD movie downloads.
