Taiwan-based Chi Lin Technology is highlighting a 47-inch touch screen monitor (ST-HB47A3N) at Computex Taipei 2006.
The 47-inch model, uses LCD panels that Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) began volume producing recently, stated Chi Lin, adding that the prices for the touch screen display will be two or three times higher than regular monitors.
Featuring a resolution of 1920x1080, the 47-inch model has a brightness of 620cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of 800:1. Chi Lin debuted the unit at CeBIT 2006.
