With the growing popularity of AI, Google is also pushing keenly to adopt Gemini Nano in Android for generative AI and LLM applications.
Abstract

In the ChatGPT-triggered competition in the development of large language models (LLM) and generative AI-related applications, Google has played a good card in combining the Android platform with Gemini Nano on devices and Gemini Pro on the cloud.

DIGITMES Research believes that this move will provide Android hardware manufacturers and third-party application developers with better support in LLM and generative AI development, and Google is expected to take a major share of the LLM and generative AI space.

ChatGPT's prowess and its capability to attract a large number of users set off a wave of investments in the development of LLM and related generative AI applications in 2023, and such a trend has spread from the cloud to the device.
