Semiconductor equipment distributor and wafer reclamation service provider Scientech is currently showcasing its in-house developed wet-process equipment for 12-inch fabs at the SEMICON Taiwan 2013 from September 4-6.
Scientech is also presenting 12-inch reclaim wafers produced in-house at the ongoing three-day event. The company indicated that its 12-inch wafer reclaim capacity has reached 120,000 units monthly.
In addition, Scientech's distributed product lines have expanded with the addition of a US-based partner. Scientech recently became the distributor of Plasma-Therm for the Greater China region.
Founded in 1974, Plasma-Therm is a supplier of advanced plasma process equipment specializing in a variety of etch and deposition technologies.
