MOEA conditionally permits China-based Sanan Optoelectronics to invest in Formosa Epitaxy

Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) on August 29 approved the investment by China-based LED epitaxial wafer and chip maker Sanan Optoelectronics in Taiwan-based fellow maker Formosa Epitaxy with some conditions attached, according to MOEA.
