Clients' inventory from the sluggish fourth quarter of 2007, coupled with the coming of the low season, further drove down Taiwan's LCD monitor shipments in the first quarter of 2008. But demand began to show signs of a rebound in March 2008 as inventory had reached healthy levels at clients.
