Industry-wide rebound for SLC NAND flash; Samsung and Hynix both raise quotes

While NAND flash prices are showing an industry-wide upbeat, the persistent migration from single- (SLC) to multi-level cell (MLC) has prompted the two leading chipmakers, Samsung Electronics and Hynix Semiconductor, to raise their SLC quotes.
