Samsung to hike NOR flash capacity 20 times this year

Samsung Electronics plans to multiply its NOR flash memory capacity this year, expanding monthly NOR capacity to five million die for a yearly capacity of 60 million – 20 times its full-year capacity in 2002, reported the Korea Economic Daily.
