Samsung to invest 955.5 billion won in Fabs 6 and 7 this year

Samsung Electronics said it plans to invest 955.5 billion won (about US$760 million) to upgrade equipment and convert DRAM to flash memory capacity at its production lines 6 and 7 in Kiheung, Kyungki-do, reported the Korea Economic Daily.
