China's largest TFT LCD maker, Beijing BOE Optoelectronics Technology (BOE OT), is dumping most of its interest in large-size TFT LCD panels after failing to make it profitable.

South Korea's LG Electronic Inc. and Internet search giant Google Inc. on Wednesday said they would pre-install Google services on LG mobile phones.
