According to DIGITIMES analysis of export activities related to Chinese server vendor XFusion Digital Technologies and its two server brands, Fusion and Kunlun, XFusion's servers and related components currently follow three major export channels. Overall, the export structure reflects a flexible model combining "multi-location manufacturing" with "regional transshipment."
The primary export destinations include ASEAN markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines; Latin American markets such as Brazil and Mexico; and African markets including Kenya and Tanzania. Total export value reached US$292 million in 2025, representing 30% year-on-year growth from US$224 million in 2024.
In terms of customer distribution and server ASP (average selling price) trends, shipments to Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines are closely tied to the overseas datacenter expansion strategies of Chinese CSPs. In addition, components for many server models are transported from China to local electronic manufacturing services (EMS) providers in Malaysia for final assembly. Server ASPs across the ASEAN region showed mixed performance between 2024 and 2025.
