IM Flash, a DRAM joint venture between Intel and Micron, recently mass production of 34nm, 32Gb MLC NAND flash memory devices.
The 34nm, 32Gb chips are manufactured on 300mm wafers and will enable high-density solid-state storage in SFF applications including digital cameras, personal music players and digital camcorders, as well as more cost-effective solid-state drives, according to the company.
