HCL reportedly to submit proposal to set up ATMP unit in India

HCL is reportedly looking to venture into the ATMP/OSAT business by applying for incentives under the India Semiconductor Mission. However, it remains to be seen how the indecisive India-based software giant will get the technological know-how.
