Foxlink making adjustments in personnel

, Taipei
0

Despite seeing on-month growth in September revenues, component maker Foxlink is making some adjustments in its personnel. About 20-30 employees will be affected by the changes, according to the company.

Foxlink pointed out that the process is just an internal manpower reallocation and not a large scale of lay-off. The company also noted that it will follow labor policies.

Foxlink's September consolidated revenues reached NT$8.73 billion (US$287.71 million), up 6.12% on month, with the amount for the third quarter reached NT$24.41 billion, up 23.99% sequentially. Combined consolidated revenues for the first three quarters reached NT$58.8 billion, up 55.93% on year.

As for the fourth quarter, although the manufacturing side is starting to enter the slow season, the retail channel, benefiting from the traditional peak season and launches of new products, will still see strong performance, allowing the company to maintain its sales at a similar level as in the third quarter.
