China-based ZTE lands WiMAX CPE orders from Sprint Nextel

China-based telecom equipment maker ZTE has outbid Taiwan rivals and landed a contract for WiMAX CPE (customer premises equipment) products from Sprint Nextel, the Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) reported, quoting sources at ZTE.
