Phison quotes SD 2.0 controller IC at SD 1.1 price

Phison Electronics again shocked the market by quoting its Secure Digital (SD) 2.0-compatible controller-IC price as around US$0.50, a price normally equivalent to that of a controller IC at the SD 1.1 standard, according to company sources.
