Nichia to invest four billion yen in LED capacity expansion, says paper

Japan's Nichia plans to invest 24 billion to 34 billion yen (between US$213 million and US$301million) to expand its mobile phone white LED capacity, according to Japan’s Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
