Taiwan TFT LCD makers see increasing yields at 5G plants

Taiwan’s Industrial Economics and Knowledge Center (IEK) reported strong TFT LCD sales from Taiwan in the first quarter of 2004 and attributed the main driving force to rapid ramps at local fifth-generation (5G) plants.
