Taiwan TFT LCD makers, including AU Optronics (AUO), Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO), Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT), Quanta Display and HannStar Display, all posted record high sales and shipments in May on improving fifth-generation (5G) yields.
