Far EasTone to issue GDR and ECB in December

Far EasTone Telecommunications, Taiwan’s third-largest wireless carrier, said on Monday it will seek to raise funds overseas through GDR (global depositary receipt) and ECB (euro-convertible bond) issues, citing a weak equities market at home.
