I'm using these on a pair of Crucial PC6400 FB-DIMMs - 2GB each. At idle the temps are 44-46c and at full load it tops out around 65c. Very good. I also have a pair of Kingston FB-DIMMs with stock coolers. These idle around 65c and under load at +85c.
