eMemory Technology has announced its Neobit one-time-programmable (OTP) memory built using 0.11-micron high-voltage production process entered volume production at MagnaChip Semiconductor in the first quarter of 2010. The eMemory 0.11-micron Neobit OTP technology can be used in LCD driver ICs and power management chips for small-size LCD panel, mobile device and LED light applications.
eMemory and MagnaChip have jointly developed the Neobit OTP technology on 0.35-micron, 0.18-micron, 0.15-micron and 0.13-micron logic, analog and high-voltage processes which have been broadly used by customers from Taiwan, Korea, Europe and China, according to eMemory.
