Tesla sees 2024 as 'a major year of 4680 cell production'

Tesla announced on Jan 24 that it is investing US$3.6 billion to expand production facilities and capacity in Nevada, USA. The new factories will be tasked to produce in-house 4680 battery cells and Tesla semi-trucks.
