India roundup: Polymatech begins manufacturing Opto-semiconductors and memory modules

Polymatech claims to be India's first semiconductor chips manufacturers after beginning producing Opto-semiconductors and memory modules, while Singapore's IGSS Ventures is looking for an India partner for its foundry fab investments in India.
