Taiwan-based TV tuner card maker Avermedia Technologies generated a new monthly record in consolidated revenues of NT$591 million (US$18.5 million) in August 2010, a growth of 34.4% on month and 62.04% on year, according to the company.
The growth is said to be mainly due to a large ODM order from a new client in the US, on which the company has declined to comment.
