TICP sees surging NAND flash sales contribution

Taiwan IC Packaging (TICP) saw its NAND flash card packaging contribute over NT$50 million (US$1.5 million) to the company's monthly sales, up about five times within several months, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report.
