Skardin to start shipping ATSC-compliant STBs to the US in 4Q

Taiwan-based STB (set-top box) maker Skardin Industrial is expected to start shipping STBs supporting ATSC (Advanced Television Systems Committee) TVs to the US in the fourth quarter, According to company chairman Wu Cheng-chien.
