Far EasTone announces net EPS target for 2006, mulls capital decrease

Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET), one of the top three operators of mobile communication services in Taiwan, on November 7 announced a target net earnings per share (EPS) of NT$3.40 (US$0.10) for this year.
