NEC sets up semiconductor subsidiary in South Korea

NEC Electronics, a semiconductor arm of Japanese electronics maker NEC, recently said it has established a fully-owned subsidiary in Seoul on September 1 to strengthen sales in South Korea's growing chip business market.
