Chang Wha to downsize lead frame capacity on rising metal costs

Chang Wha Electromaterials, a sales agent for Sumitomo in Taiwan, plans to gradually downsize its lead frame capacity, while ramping up its monthly chip on film (COF) substrates capacity by one million units, according to the company.
