Merrill Lynch expects DRAM, NAND flash prices to bottom out in 3Q

Spot prices for DRAM and NAND flash will recover slightly after reaching year-low levels in late August of US$3.50-4.00 for DRAM and US$9-10 for 1Gbit NAND flash, according to an August 16 report by Merrill Lynch.
