Elpida’s 12-inch capacity may hit 15,000 wafers by year-end

Elpida Memory’s 12-inch wafer capacity may increase from 3,000 to 4,000 units currently to 15,000 units by year-end, but much will depend on how the company manages to raise capital, according to DRAM industry sources.
