SMIC lands Toshiba’s 0.15-micron process technology

China’s Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) has now landed 0.15-micron SRAM technology from Toshiba, following on its announcement of a contract-manufacturing cooperation with Elpida Memory.
