Pacific Image Electronics begins volume production of 3,600-dpi film scanner

Pacific Image Electronics said it has kicked off volume production of 3,600-dots-per-inch (dpi) resolution scanners for 35mm film slides/negatives in the fourth quarter to target the fast growing market.
