Chunghwa Picture Tubes cuts financial forecast

After completing issuance of 600 million new shares last month, Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) lowered its 2002 financial forecast on October 4. CPT shares closed at NT$10.9 that day, significantly less than its NT$16.75 new share issuing price.
