Japanese mobile phone makers increasing production in China

Three of Japan’s largest mobile phone makers, Matsushita Communication Industrial, Mitsubishi Electric and NEC all plan to increase production in China. In addition, Toshiba is preparing to build a factory in the mainland in the spring of 2002.
