    Until the court order is given, the Japanese government or companies can't claim the infringements. I heard the technology was from US companies and Samsung isn't that reckless to say that the technology doesn't belong to Fujitsu if it was Fujitsu's

    This is a way how the Japanese companies are trying to halt Samsung's production. They're losing grounds so they want this chance to stop and claim the technology, which wasn't proved it's theirs.
