With generative AI rapidly transforming industries, enterprises are seeking innovative solutions to enhance everything from customer service to internal operations. Founded in 2021, Seasalt.ai develops SaaS platforms powered by large language models (LLM) and voice AI technologies. Leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS), the company helps organizations adopt AI in the most intuitive and efficient way possible.

Three core products address enterprise pain points with voice AI

Seasalt.ai offers three core products "SeaMeet, SeaChat, and SeaX" each designed to address specific enterprise needs through advanced voice AI technology. SeaMeet is an AI-powered meeting platform that automatically transcribes discussions, generates summaries, and highlights key takeaways immediately after each session. The outputs can be customized to fit departmental requirements, helping managers make faster, data-driven decisions. SeaChat is a cross-platform chatbot solution supporting LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other major messaging apps. It also extends to voice and phone-based services to deliver 24/7 automatic customer support. SeaX integrates call and message notification services to significantly enhance customer service efficiency.

Most of Seasalt.ai's systems are hosted on AWS public cloud infrastructure. According to Shawn      Chiu, Senior Product Manager at Seasalt.ai, AWS's powerful computing performance and vast storage capabilities form the foundation for the company's sustained business expansion. Chiu noted three major benefits:

First, scalability: as Seasalt.ai's customer base grows across the U.S., Europe, Singapore, and Mexico, AWS allows its systems to scale on demand without compromising service quality. Second, cost optimization: companies can flexibly subscribe to cloud resources as needed, avoiding the high fixed costs of traditional server infrastructure. Third, security and compliance: AWS's globally proven architecture ensures strong cybersecurity and regulatory adherence, earning the trust of multinational clients. Thanks to these advantages, Seasalt.ai can focus on continuous AI innovation and accelerate its global expansion.

Seasalt.ai's products have already delivered measurable value across multiple industries. For instance, the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) uses SeaChat to establish a multilingual automated customer service system integrated with Taiwan's product information database. This implementation significantly reduces labor costs while improving the experience for international buyers. Corporates like Lion Travel and TPI Software adopted SeaMeet to fully automate meeting transcription and summarization, enhancing productivity and allowing managers to quickly grasp key discussion points. In South East Asia, The Singapore Ministry of Social and Family Development uses SeaChat VoiceBot for elderly care, where voice AI makes routine check-in calls to ease volunteers' workload and improve service quality. More recently, Seasalt.ai has partnered with LINE and Inline to launch a voice-based reservation service for restaurants, allowing users to communicate naturally with businesses through speech.

Dual focus on global expansion and local engagement: Seasalt.ai ushers in a new AI future with SaaS productization

These success stories highlight not only the practical value of Seasalt.ai's technologies but also the strength of its product-oriented SaaS business model. Unlike many software vendors that rely on project-based customization, Seasalt.ai has adopted a productization strategy from day one. Once localized for a target language, its products can be rapidly deployed across borders. This model has enabled Seasalt.ai to establish a presence in the U.S., Mexico, Singapore, and Southeast Asia, while engaging in pilot collaborations with leading international enterprises. The company’s global expansion strategy has not only accelerated market penetration but also enhanced its technological visibility and brand recognition worldwide.

In addition to global market expansion, Seasalt.ai is actively building strong local connections in Taiwan. Chiu noted that since joining the Startup Terrace Kaohsiung AWS Joint Innovation Center (JIC), Seasalt.ai has initiated partnership projects with manufacturers and retailers in southern Taiwan. For example, with support from AWS JIC, an e-commerce retailer successfully integrated SeaChat into its customer service system - progressing from a proof-of-concept (POC) phase to full deployment. The solution has automated customer support and quotation processes, significantly reducing labor costs and demonstrating the tangible value of AI tools for local industries.

Chiu emphasized that these achievements were made possible through the technical guidance, business matchmaking, and brand exposure provided by the AWS JIC program. Participation in AWS JIC matchmaking events enabled Seasalt.ai to engage directly with senior executives from various industries, shortening the marketing cycle and helping the team secure new business opportunities in southern Taiwan.

Looking ahead, Seasalt.ai will continue focusing on generative AI, local innovation, and global market expansion as its three core strategies. By leveraging AWS's extensive global resources, the company is committed to building a Taiwan-based AI startup with global impact, helping more industries accelerate their smart transformation journey.
