TSMC to see 3nm chip sales generate nearly NT$400 billion in revenue

According to TSMC's estimate that 3nm chip sales will account for 15% of 2024 revenue, market sources expect the process technology to generate nearly NT$400 billion (US$12.7 billion) for the pure-play foundry this year.
