TSMC modifies new fab projects in Taiwan, sources say

TSMC has made changes to its new fab projects in Taiwan, including the suspension of a planned advanced packaging fab in the Hsinchu Science Park (HSP) Tongluo site, according to sources at semiconductor equipment companies.
