Inventory adjustment for ABF substrates extends to 2024; long-term optimism about AI driving demand

The ABF substrate industry is facing a short-term headwind. Unimicron, whose ABF substrate business accounted for 52% of its revenue in 2Q23, admitted during its earnings call that, "customer inventory adjustment is not over yet."
